For the Anti-Breakout Blue Beauty Beam, we recommend using it for up to 5 minutes per session on each treatment area, and up to 15 minutes a day.

Using it for a longer duration than the recommended time may increase the risk of skin irritation or damage, including symptoms such as low-temperature burns, redness, pain, warmth, or swelling.

The Anti-Breakout Blue Beauty Beam offers combined BLUE & RED Beam care, which aids in addressing acne, providing relief from inflammation, and stimulating collagen production. This, in turn, promotes more effective skin cell regeneration.

The Rejuvenating Red Beauty Beam penetrates the skin's dermis layer to a depth of 8-10mm, facilitating collagen production, enhancing the skin's barrier, and lightening areas with dark pigmentation and acne scarring.

Clinical trial results show that when used the recommended time of 5 minutes per treatment area daily for 2 weeks, the Blue Beauty Beam can temporarily improve skin clarity and calmness.

While using the Red Beauty Beam for 15 minutes per treatment area can temporarily improve skin elasticity and lighten hyperpigmentation.

Yes, it's rechargeable and can be used anywhere.

Using the provided USB cable, charge for at least 3 hours until the charging indicator light  turns green. It will then provide approximately 2 full hours of use.

Mode 1 activates the central 9 concentrated LEDs and the surrounding 28 LEDs, covering a larger area.

Mode 2 activates only the central 9 LEDs upon skin contact, making it suitable for spot care on delicate or specific areas.

Using charging cables or adapters with different specifications, such as fast charging, may lead to malfunctions and void any potential warranty claims.

We recommend using a charging cable and adapter with an output of 5V/2A or higher.

After use, wipe it with a soft cloth or a wet wipe and put on the protective cap for storage. Do not use cleaning agents or abrasives containing silicone, alcohol, gasoline, acetone, or similar substances.

The Stone Wash is entirely waterproof, but please note that the Beauty Beams are not waterproof, so avoid submerging them in water.
